Katherine joined MaDex Associates with more than two decades of experience in manufacturing and logistics operations. Prior to MaDex, she spent 23 years with Polymer Industries in Henagar, Alabama, where she developed deep expertise in customer service, order management, and supply chain coordination. Her background gives her a strong understanding of the day-to-day needs of both shippers and carriers, along with the operational discipline required to support them effectively.

As an Account Manager, Katherine is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, managing freight opportunities, and ensuring timely communication throughout each shipment lifecycle. Her attention to detail, commitment to service, and proactive communication style make her a trusted partner to the customers and carriers she supports.
