Capacity Development Lead

Chandler Gray is MaDex’s Capacity Development Lead, where he supports carriers and customers by helping develop capacity, maintain service standards, and strengthen day-to-day execution across MaDex’s transportation network.

With a detail-oriented and relationship-focused approach, Chandler works closely with internal teams, carriers, and partners to ensure freight moves efficiently and expectations are clearly communicated. He plays an active role in supporting network capacity, monitoring service performance, and helping MaDex deliver consistent, reliable results for its customers.
